The 2020 Nissan Sentra is all-new with a fresh look that adds a dash of style to this affordable sedan. This is an entry-level car, something for kids fresh out of a college or young couples, so it’s not fancy. Nissan made sure that despite its practical nature, the Sentra looks good and is fun to drive.

The 149-horsepower engine is responsive, though not aggressive. It’s plenty capable of getting the Sentra up to highways speeds without worrying about that looming truck in your rearview mirror.

The interior is comfortable with surprisingly good front seats. Passenger comfort often suffers in affordable cars, but not this one. If you’re taller, then rear seat legroom will be tight, but headroom is still good. Two adults will find enough space to be comfy, but three will find it a snug fit.

A 7-inch color infotainment screen is standard, but you have to go for the midgrade SV trim if you want Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard on every Sentra is Nissan Safety Shield 360 with key safety features including automatic emergency braking and blind spot warning.

The 2020 Nissan Sentra is an affordable sedan that packs key features into an attractive package.
