The 2020 Nissan Versa is all-new and offers an attractive, well-equipped, and affordable choice for those on a budget. Don’t discount the Versa as a bare bones offering simply because it’s a budget friendly choice. There’s a lot more than you’d expect to find in a compact sedan that starts at all of $14,730.

That base trim comes with a manual transmission along with cruise control, power windows and locks, a 7-inch color touchscreen, and even automatic emergency braking standard. It’s anything but basic. The rest of the lineup gets an automatic transmission, upgraded interior trims, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, blind spot warning, and rear traffic alert. The price for the most tricked out Versa you can buy is only $18,240.

There’s something to be said for a car that looks good, is comfortable, and has key safety and connectivity features without breaking the bank. It’s not the most aggressive engine out there with a modest 122-horsepower 1.6-liter, but you’re not buying a Versa to win races.
